What I did
- Standardized and consolidated test results into an analysis-ready dataset (cleaning, formatting, and consistency checks).
- Trained and evaluated an XGBoost model to estimate project duration; iterated on feature engineering to improve performance.
- Built Excel VBA macros to automate repetitive reporting and visualization tasks for faster internal analysis.
